Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or otherwise accessing ShiftLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using ShiftLink on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. The service

ShiftLink provides shift scheduling, compliance tracking, and payroll tools for recruitment consultancies and the workers they place. We may add, change, or remove features from the platform at any time as it evolves.

3. Accounts & roles

Access is provisioned by role — Administrator, Recruitment Consultant, or Worker. Each account is responsible for the accuracy of the information it submits and for keeping login credentials secure.

4. Compliance data

ShiftLink surfaces compliance status (right-to-work, document expiry, AWR eligibility, and related checks) as a tool to support your own compliance processes. Responsibility for regulatory and legal compliance with UK employment law remains with the recruitment consultancy using the platform.

5. Payment & billing

Paid plans are billed in line with the terms agreed at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to access data outside your assigned role, submitting false compliance information, or using the service in a way that could disrupt it for other agencies.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate access to ShiftLink in line with the agreed contract terms. On termination, we will provide a reasonable window to export your data.

8. Limitation of liability

ShiftLink is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ShiftLink after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
